Know our founder
Our Founder & Director
I’m Rachana, the proud founder of this joyful learning space. With a background in Commerce, and diplomas in Programming and Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCEd), I bring a unique combination of analytical thinking and creative teaching to early childhood education.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working as both a teacher and an administrator in preschools, experiences that have helped me understand what children truly need during their foundational years. I am also a trained Right Brain Teacher, which allows me to focus on creativity, imagination, and emotional development—skills that are just as important as academics.
At Lilliput, my vision is to create a warm, engaging, and activity-based environment where children are excited to come every day. A place where learning feels like play, and every child’s potential is celebrated.
